  My family and I went to The Eagles Nest Restaurant for a large family get-together this weekend and whilst the panoramic views of the adjoining golf course and interior décor was quite impressive the service was definitely less than adequate.

  Lovely and peaceful with great views of the golf course and country side.
  Been here for a number of occasions over the space of a year with my own family and groups sampling different meals each time. I'd have to say that it's pretty good food.
  Our food has always been fresh, seasonal, plentiful and presented nicely within reasonable time frames.
  Unfortunately little old Mount Compass does get looked over a easily.
  Be good once the Golf course builds the accommodation! (put in a pool, tennis courts, day spa etc) and it will be a lovely getaway with plenty of local produce places close by.
